This Quality Policy is communicated and understood by all staff within the Company. It is the responsibility of Senior Management to investigate any quality issues and to ensure that corrective or preventative action is implemented as soon as possible. Senior Management shall also ensure that client requirements are determined and met in order to ensure continued service satisfaction and to aid future growth and innovation.
