Peabody commissioned Space Syntax to help develop an urban baseline and planning platform based upon a comprehensive, geo-spatial understanding of the existing urban form conditions, accessibility and movement context of Thamesmead. This will provide an evidence-based and human-focused tool for evaluating future spatial strategies for the area.
