Ed Parham chaired Brownfield Land Registers: The dawn of Smart Planning? on 21st February in London. Based on a cross-sector panel discussion, the Urban Land Institute event explored how Local Authorities, Government and innovative technology can utilise the Brownfield Land Registers platform to take our urban environment into the digital era.
