Tim Stonor, Managing Director of Space Syntax Limited, has been appointed Senior International Advisor to the China Urban and Rural Construction Industry Union (CURCIU).

Mr Wang Fapin, General Secretary, visited our London office today with a delegation from CURCIU, where the appointment was conferred. Tim said, “I am delighted to receive this recognition and look forward to supporting CURCIU’s ambitions in advocating sustainable urbanism in China.”

A national-level Chinese alliance, CURCIU was established earlier this year, bringing together like-minded small-to medium-sized construction industry enterprises and social organisations in order to integrate resources, knowledge and effort in supporting sustainable urban development in China.
