Samantha Li studied BA(Hons) Interior Architecture and Design at Canterbury School of Architecture, UCA. She continued her interest in analytical spatial behaviour and the relationship between interior and urban environments during her studies on the MSc Space Syntax: Architecture and Cities programme at The Bartlett, University College London.
Her research explores geospatial city surveillance and resilience measures in Belfast and the City of London. In her research she developed a methodology for simulating data and scripting parameters to analyse city performance.
Samantha joined Space Syntax as a Consultant in April 2020 and became a Senior Consultant in 2022. She has worked on projects in New Zealand, London, Dublin and Glasgow that involve spatial modelling, movement and urban analysis. She has previously worked as an Architectural Assistant and Technical Designer.
